Payment must be made within 3 days of the close of auction. If payment is not received within 3 days, we reserve the right to offer the product to the next highest bidder. WE WILL LEAVE A NEG FEEDBACK FOR ALL NON PAYING BIDDERS AND REPORT THEM TO THE AUCTION SITE. We accept money orders ,credit cards through Pay pal.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 7 business days for domestic orders Overseas orders take 11 business days to ship (excluding Holidays and weekends). We reserve the right to substitute any other shipping service as we see fit. We also combine all shipping orders. WE WILL SHIP USP GROUND AS OUR First CHOICE. (If you require US TO SHIP VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL OR DHL WE WILL DO S o AND WILL ADJUST THE SHIPPING RATE AT THE END OF SALE.)In order to insure on time Christmas delivery, orders must be made and have payment cleared no later than December 5.

Terms of Sale

All our items are guaranteed to be in showroom factory sealed condition. We guarantee total satisfaction on all your purchases. If you aren't thrilled with your items or if you order the wrong size we will issue you a full and prompt refund once the items have been returned to our shipping department. We are not responsible for the cost to ship the item back. In some cases, there may be a 20% restocking fee.

International Shipping

We assume no responsibility for orders shipped to foreign countries. When you place your order with us, the purchaser assumes all risks for lost, stolen, delayed or impounded orders. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products. When you place your order, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
• At this time, we are only able to ship to those countries made available under our Shipping Menu.
• If the package is lost or stolen, we are not liable for it. For this reason, we ask that you get insurance on the product.
• You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. If you tell us the item is a Gift, we will tag it as such.
• The description of the package contents on the Customs form, usually reads: “Supplements - For Personal Use Only."

Returns & Exchanges

Retailers/Wholesalers are recognized as such by purchases exceeding 6 pieces or more of each individual item. If in California, a Resellers Tax ID validates you as a Retailer/Wholesaler. Please note that exchanges for like merchandise must also be made within 72 hours for retailers/wholesalers.
