possibly other methods with contact. Just understand that the item WILL NOT ship until payment has been fully cleared and verified.
As this is a small
business, we can't offer a no questions asked sort of policy. So,
if you have a problem with your item such as it being the wrong item,
being broken, being not as described, we will give you a 100% refund
(not including shipping costs) if you return it within ONE WEEK of
receiving it. After one week up to two weeks, we will offer a 60% refund
(not including shipping). After that, you are on your own. However, as our products are very reasonably priced, we are very certain that you will
find them well worth the money and will not be needing a refund.
Unfortunately, we are only willing to ship within the United States
as of now. Please do not buy this item if you are outside of the United
States. Otherwise we will have to very gently let you down. Our shipping
prices are set to accurately reflect what we are paying for the cost of
packaging supplies and post. We may insert a small amount of padding
just in case we end up paying for a higher postal fee than expected
(packaging weight does add up). We do use tracking and delivery
confirmation on all of my shipments. We ship USPS Priority with delivery
time of 1-3 business days.
